10 Years in business and a new look!
We hope you are enjoying the new look of our website as we near our 10th year in business. Many fellow industry professionals and club members have provided numerous suggestions, endorsements and images enhancing this site. Our ultimate objective is to be the preeminent Food & Beverage resource to club and resort business leaders concurrent to assisting culinarians employ best practices while continuing there professional development.
To this ambition, beginning early 2010, a Bi-Monthly Newsletter will be mailed to all friends of the firm. Each newsletter will be highlighted by a "Chef You Should Know" article covering various topics from trends, local and regional influences, and finding, developing and retaining the best culinary talent to how to create a buzz about food within your member. Other relative reports and the editor's comments will round out each issue.
